Today has been a better day. They had dad sitting in a chair. He can now have a little bit of water and ice. Yippee!! He wanted a Diet Dr. Pepper. It was a no go. It has been 12 days since he has been able to eat or drink. Mom said he was really tired today. The nurse told her that they are waiting for a room to become available and he would be moved out of critical care. He did not have a kidney dialysis today. The nurse said that his blood would be checked tomorrow morning and then they would see what needed to be done then. It looks like maybe he is on the improve. That's great.
