I just got back from the hospital. Dad looks a lot better today. He has been moved from Critcial Care Unit to the Intermediate Care Unit room #219. He had his last kidney dialysis today. At least they think this will be his last. He is still having breathing treatments but he sounds much better. Today he had a swallowing test and passed it. He can now eat pretty much whatever he wants. His blood sugar was high and they are still working on that. He had physical therapy and was walking a little bit. He sure has some super good nurses. His spirits seem to be brighter today also. Maybe he will be coming home soon???? Hopefully.
